Taschen Art library:
In coordination with Taschen, the art book publisher founded in 1980, residents of The Renwick will have at their whim an eclectic collection of high end art books ranging from photography, painting, design, fashion, film and architecture. Taschen Cultural Curators will be available to provide private consulting to residents so that they might build their own selection of Taschen pieces.
Open Air Garden:
Flipping through Peter Beard’s limited edition photography book, residents will appreciate the privacy of their own open air garden which looks down into the lap pool below.
Lap Pool and Sauna:
At the Renwick, residents will enjoy the exclusive use of 50 foot lap pool in an environment designed to play the music of one’s choosing. Surrounded by the peace of stone, the seduction of wood, the elegance of glass and the warmth of natural light. The sumptuous cedar lined sauna will also available to the Renwick residents.
World Class Boxing and Gym:
There is only one private boxing gym in West Soho, and it lives at The Renwick. Devon Cormack, a kickboxing world champion three times over, and a boxing trainer, is available on an exclusive basis for one-on-one training with residents of The Renwick in its 680 square foot boxing and fitness center.
The Renwick Curated Space:
The Renwick’s 500 Square Feet Curated Space will be used to showcase artwork from artists drawing inspiration from around the world. With a storefront located on Renwick Street, residents of West SoHo will be able to view works of art from established and up and coming artists in this non for profit space.
